Polymer clay is a plastic like material once cured and will not shatter if dropped. It is flexable and bends before breaking but can break with force. Although durable, like any other jewelry peice you own, it can get scratched or broken by hitting on hard/ rough surfaces or msitreating. It is suggested that peices be stored carefully where they won't be knocked around or in constant contact with other metal peices. Jewelry peices should also be kept away from alcohol or acetone. Keep away from heat. To clean, use a damp cloth or baby wipes. Be careful not to swipe the stainless steel parts of the earring to avoid tarnishing. Please keep pieces away from small children.

All Luden River sales are final. Due to hygenic reasons there are strictly no returns/refunds. Under qualifiying circumstances, we may offer an exchange. If a product is broken in transport or as a result of quality, customer must email their concerns within 7 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back must be unworn and in their original packaging. Exchanges are based on availablity and discretion of Luden River. We reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the item returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Small variances in color, texture and size are normal. No two pieces are alike and are not a reason refund or exchange.
